Hi, all. New to TomTom (have Mio C520, which is great w/MioPocket etc, but sadly no more maps). Have tried to find any .mnu file on my XL340S, but wondering if it is in some sort of archive file? Can any one advise - and thanks!

| Welcome to the TomTom section. The tomtom.mnu fule is just a text file really, it needs to be placed in the \sdkregistry folder at the root. TomTom are killing that "feature" with the new Start/Easy interface though... |

Ok, it's been a couple years, I guess everyone else has this figured out 
I can't seem to apply the text description to TASK_PAGEn commands.
For example,
MENUITEM|TASK_PAGE2|"MainMenu.bmp"|"Main Menu"| displays the bitmap, but not the text. Others, like
MENUITEM|TASK_MENU_PREFERENCES|"Options.bmp"|"Options"|
work fine.
Is this supposed to work or is it known not to?
It's on an XL350, all the latest updates.
