| Any chance that these forums will support tapatalk for a better mobile experience? |

So, it's near the end of year 2012, and in the past few years computing has heavily switched over to mobile devices. Not too long from now, all our computers will be portable (if they aren't already). Even I recently switched to a tablet PC.
However, mobile devices have a unique touch interface and so a regular website as GpsPasSion might not cut it anymore. I've noticed that GpsPasSion has neither a mobile skin nor any kind of mode for mobile browsing.
TapaTalk for forum owners is free to activate, allowing people with the TapaTalk app, such as myself, to access the forums with a really user-friendly mobile interface. Something to consider.

Actually there is a mobile interface, it's been there since...2003, just check the second link in the email notifications you're getting ;-)
Also the full site works rather well with iOS a bit less so with Android for some reason. Having said that it would be great to have a full mobile interface but I don't think there are any such "plugins" for the snitz forums? |

Did a quick Google-search concerning 'Snitz Forums' GpsPasSion is based on. Noticed, there (currently) is no chance to install a TapaTalk plugin, this because of fact such one doesn't (will never?) exist.
TapaTalk and/or ForumRunner mainly support 'vBulletin' based boards.
Should have done this query earlier ... |

Don't believe you will have success, you probably are wasting time, because here used forum software "Snitz Forums" inbetween became obsolete. Can't imagine it will ever happen the developers of TapaTalk (or similar) see some reason to support "Snitz Forums" based boards because "Snitz Forums" software development was not continued for several years: latest version is "Snitz Forum 2000".
My resume: We all must respect that GpsPasSion (one of the best forums in the world I know of) isn't useable by TapaTalk or similar software.

| Thanks for the kind words, we'd looked into a vbulletin conversion a few years ago but so much customization has been done here that we'd passed...I do like the low-tech features of the snitz software, nothing that overloads the browsers like most current forum software. |
