Fixed several map display errors. Fixed several ASR errors. Fixed several SmartPhone Link errors. Fixed several locale-specific keyboard and display-related errors. Fixed an error that caused the device to shutdown in certain locations when routing with the Argentina MPC map. Fixed a route recalculation error that caused the device to stop responding. Fixed several traffic related errors.
This firmware fixes the Custom POI categories problem on my 2595!
Many problems with the SmartPhone Link apps (Dynamic Parking, My Garmin, Weather)seem to be fixed. Saved and Recent items now sync properly from the 2595 to the phone.
There is also an updated Garmin Smartphone Link app (1.3.1, July 18) in the Google Play Store. My preliminary testing was done with the 1.2 version of the app and a Samsung Nexus S phone running ICS.
