I'm interested in this as well. There is a post just a bit further down the page that discusses this http://www.gpspassion.com/forumsen/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=142817 and mentions being able to import routes to Copilot Live once they are converted from GPX to .trp format. I can't find anything to make the conversion and I don't see how to do that on the free version of copilot.
