[fastrax it03] phase extraction

Hi guys,
I need an help. I use fastrax it03 in other words I use protocol Italk3 to recieve data from receiver. I take all data from PSEUDO
http://isuite.fastrax.fi/sdk/341/protocols/pro_msgformats.html#PSEUDO
but when i try to catch phase information i obtain strange data, in fact phase is integer !! Someone can help me what that value can mean or otherwise tell me where can i find phase?
